Registration for Workshop
on the Uses of Photography
to Detect Change in the Cryosphere
Venue:
As of August 1st, based on
a vote of the current registerees, the venue for the workshop will
be at the University of Alaska Fairbanks, immediately preceding
the Northwest Glaciology meeting.
Notes for presenters:
- You will can use your own laptops for both oral and interactive
presentations and you are encouraged to give both types of presentation
- Internet will be available for oral presenatations, but be aware
that it may not be as fast as you like and that there is always
the possibility of it failing completely (so have a backup plan!)
- Oral presentations will have approximately 15 minutes, including
time for set-up and questions (so plan roughly 12 minutes for the
talk itself)
- A continuous poster session will be maintained throughout the
meeting, with approximately 4' x 6' space for posters, with several
hours set aside for direct interaction.
